See home window film on a room like yours
Solar control on one tab, decorative on the other. Step through the film families and watch the same room change, then tell us which room of yours is the problem.
Live preview powered by LLumar. The render is one room in one light; we match the film to your glass, which way it faces and what the association allows.
Which one are you solving
Four jobs, and they do not take the same film
Most people call about one room. Knowing which of these is the actual complaint is what decides the film.
Heat
The film stops a large share of solar energy at the glass instead of letting it into the room, so the hot room stops being the hot room and the system stops running to fix it.
Glare
Screens, kitchens that face the afternoon, and anywhere with water out the window throwing light back at you. Often solved with a lighter film than people expect.
Fading
Quality film blocks effectively all the ultraviolet. UV is not the only cause, heat and visible light do their share, but it is the one you can remove outright.
Privacy
Reflective during the day, or frosted where you want it permanent. Worth saying plainly: daytime privacy is not night-time privacy, because the bright side changes once your lights are on.
Film fitted to a building is an improvement to real property under F.A.C. 12A-1.051, so no sales tax goes on a home invoice. If you are in a beachfront association, check what the glass may look like from outside before choosing a reflective film; we can usually work inside the rules. More on home window film.
Tell us which room
Which room, which way it faces, and what it is doing wrong. We come back with the film that fixes that one and what it costs, and there is no sales tax on a home job.
