Text messaging terms

What we send

The Tint Station sends text messages to customers and to people who have asked us for a quote. Messages include price quotes you requested, appointment confirmations and reminders, questions we need answered before an install, updates while your vehicle is with us, notice that your vehicle is ready, and occasional service or promotional offers.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the consent box on our contact form, by texting our shop number first, or by giving us your number and asking us to text you. The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Most conversations run a few messages while we quote and schedule your work.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (850) 785-8468.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier and to conditions outside our control.

Your information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Prices given on this website, by text, or over the phone are estimates based on the vehicle or job described to us. Final pricing is confirmed once we see the vehicle or the glass, because size, condition, existing film, and access all affect the work.
